One of Shakespeare's greatest and, in recent times, most controversial plays, The Merchant of Venice, was classified as a comedy in the first edition of his collected works. After borrowing a large sum of money from the Jewish money-lender Shylock, the merchant Antonio faces a devastating creditcrunch when his fleet of ships is sunk in a storm: Shylock insists on the small print of his terms and conditions, seeking a literal “pound of flesh”.
Faye Yong - A former pianist left Malaysia to pursue an Illustration degree in the UK. Faye has a weakness for shoujo manga and anything with a happy ending and is on a lifelong quest to improve her artistic & storytelling skills. Her main influences and inspirations include Japanese manga, fashion & fabulous looking people. She works primarily with Photoshop, Manga Studio, Illustrator and her Intuos tablet.
Faye placed third in the hotly contested Rising Stars of Manga UK & Ireland 3 in 2008 & won the People's Choice Award in the same year.
